Prolonged Winter Storm Late Tonight through Tuesday Afternoon
An upper level low pressure system located over central Canada will merge and strengthen with a second upper level low ejecting out of the southern Rockies by Monday. This storm will provide a prolonged period of snow to much of Iowa tonight through Tuesday. Light snow will begin tonight...then expect the snowfall to intensify during the day Monday into Monday evening. A strong cold front will push across the region by Tuesday bringing brisk northwest winds. These winds will likely cause blowing and drifting snow and may reduce visibility significantly at times by Tuesday afternoon. The heaviest snowfall amounts will be located across central to northeast Iowa Monday and Monday night.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
